Please note that we make every attempt to reproduce the colors of the yarn as true as possible. However, yarn colors may not reproduce exactly due to varying monitor settings.
Shipping Policies
We will ship your in-stock order anywhere within the United States or Canada as soon as it is received and processed. This is usually within 1-3 business days. If you are outside the US or Canada, please call or e-mail for shipping rates and to order.
We ship all merchandise by United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USA) or Air Letter Post/United States Postal Service Global Express Mail (Canada) unless otherwise requested.

Special Orders
For many of our handspun or hand painted yarns, it is possible to Special Order an item in a color that we do not normally carry. Please contact us via our contact form, at Christy@darnityarn.com, or by phone at 918-747-4132 (or toll free, 877-747-4132). Special Orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Tax
Oklahoma residents must pay applicable sales taxes, which will be computed at check out.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare instance when we don't have your item readily available in stock, it may already be on the way to us! Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fully complete your order, you will be informed by e-mail soon after ordering. In general, expect any items that are out of stock to arrive here within 7 to 30 days. We will contact you if we believe an item will take longer than 30 days to arrive, or if 30 days has elapsed and we have not yet received the item. Many of the suppliers of our specialty items create their yarns by hand.
Returns
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for patterns, or needles.
Our Guarantee is 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase simply let us know, return it in unused condition within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price! We cannot accept items beyond this time due to the constraints of dye-lots.
Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Please pre-arrange your return by a phone call or email.
Returns should be accompanied by:
- A note with the reason for the return.
- Instruction regarding you decision to obtain a refund OR the product you wish to exchange for.

For Internet orders, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For phone or mail orders within the USA, we accept checks, money orders, and credit cards. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Darn It Yarn!".
